The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a triple bunk bed. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and oven. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The living room has a nice dining area and cozy living area with patio doors to the sunny garden.
There is also a wood stove in the cottage with an oven above it where you can heat up delicious dishes. That is why it is also wonderful to stay in the winter.
The cottage has a large garden around the house and when the sun is shining there is always a place to sit in the sun. There is a lounge set in the garden. A dog is allowed in this house if well behaved. If desired, bed linen and towels can be taken away for use. The costs are € 15 per person per week. The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper and spices and toilet paper so you don't have to go shopping right away. A welcome drink will be waiting for you upon arrival.
We are Patrick, Vera and Luna and live in the east of the country. As soon as the weather becomes nice, we travel to our lovely house to enjoy the sea, sun and beach. Even when the weather is bad, it is nice to stay there and we light our wood stove after a wonderful walk on the beach. We would like to share this house with you.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
We also ask for a € 150 deposit in advance. This will be returned at the end of the holiday after inspection.

We expect you to write respectful reviews and keep it clean.
The following is not allowed:
A review that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harmful or discriminatory
Political, religious or social commentary
Advertising or other commercial content
Reviews that do not comply with our guidelines can be removed and will no longer be included in the average grade.

Some of our hosts have not yet received any, or only a few, reviews from renters who booked via Micazu. To still provide you with sufficient information about the accommodation, they have the option to have a few reviews written by renters who have previously stayed in the accommodation but booked their stay via another channel.
