The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a triple bunk bed. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and combination microwave/oven. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The living room has a nice dining area and cozy living area with patio doors to the sunny garden.

The garden has a lounge set, parasol and a BBQ. The garden around the house is completely enclosed, so this house is more suitable for families with small children and/or a dog. A dog is allowed in this house provided it is well trained. If desired, bed linen and towels can be taken away for use. The costs are €7.50 per person per week. The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper, spices and toilet paper so you don't have to go shopping right away. A welcome drink is ready upon arrival.

We are Patrick, Vera and Luna and live in the east of the country. As soon as the weather becomes nice, we travel to our lovely house to enjoy the sea, sun and beach. Even when the weather is bad, it is nice to stay there and we light our wood stove after a wonderful walk on the beach. We would like to share this house with you.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

We also ask for a €150 deposit in advance. This will be returned after inspection at the end of the holiday.
