Your reservation request
To avoid disappointment, your reservation request will be checked for availability as soon as possible. That is why your reservation is only final after receipt of our rental contract.

The rental contract contains the payment conditions and information about the key delivery.
You pay the 1st installment (50%) within 2 weeks of receipt of the signed rental contract. You pay the 2nd installment (50%) 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings within 4 weeks, the total amount must be paid. In the event of non-compliance with the payment obligation after the 1st reminder, the reservation will expire without obligation to refund the deposit already paid.

Cancellation
The Rental Agency assumes that you take out travel and cancellation insurance, or that you take care of any risks of the cancellation. You can only cancel your booking in writing. If you cancel the holiday, you will owe the booking fee and the following amounts:

• more than 91 days before arrival: 20% of the rental amount
• from 90 days to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the rental amount
• from 60 days to 31 days before arrival: 75% of the rental amount
• From 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental amount
• less than 14 days before arrival or no notice: the total rental amount
