Layout holiday home
This luxury apartment is suitable for six people. All rooms can be found on the ground floor. From the bright living room you can step onto the lovely terrace, where there is also a mooring place for your own boat. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a spacious dining table and sitting area. There are also two bedrooms, with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a luxurious, modern bathroom.
The entire house has underfloor heating.
The laundry room with washing machine and dryer can also be found on the ground floor.
Surroundings
The apartment is located on the marina of Uitgeest. This offers countless possibilities. The lake is perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Do you want to bring your own boat? No problem, there is a mooring place for your own boat at the house. It is also possible to rent a boat, sub or sailboat. For anglers it is a good place to cast your rod, everywhere you will find jetties or maybe you are lucky on your own terrace. In the immediate vicinity there are several good restaurants that you can go to on foot.
The beach of Castricum aan Zee is only half an hour's bike ride away. Along the coast you will find various nature reserves. Walking or cycling through the dunes of Heemskerk or Castricum, you can enjoy the flowering dune plants and singing birds in the spring. In autumn you will discover the beautiful colors of the trees and mushrooms. Bakkum Estate is highly recommended for walking, cycling or running due to its varied landscapes.
If you prefer the hustle and bustle, Alkmaar, the charming artists' village of Bergen and Haarlem can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
