Are you looking for a wonderfully comfortable, cozy cottage for two people in a quiet environment? Then the Groninger Zeeuw is the place to go. Around the Droomvilla, there is a spacious garden and on a cooler day it is good to relax in the garden room.
The municipality of Westerwolde is a wooded area so the walking shoes and bicycles can be packed. In the house, the owner Marieke has prepared numerous walking maps for you and after a nice walk or bike ride you can completely relax in the Wellness with the hot tub and infrared sauna.
If you want to bring a baby, there is a baby cot and a high chair available.
Layout holiday home
The spacious, cozy garden room in front of the cottage is fully glazed and equipped with a patio heater. In winter, additional heating with a kerosene heater is necessary to sit comfortably. There is a comfortable sofa and a spacious dining table in the garden room. From the garden room you can reach the bathroom and the house itself. The luxurious bathroom has a sink, an enclosed toilet and a large walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine. The house is equipped with a double bed, a kitchen and a small dining table. Behind the house is the wellness area with a hot tub and an infrared sauna. De Groninger Zeeuw is located in a beautifully maintained garden in a quiet residential area of Bellingwolde.
Surroundings
Few areas in the Netherlands are so richly endowed with surprising landscapes, old forests, beautiful stream valleys and beautiful nature reserves as Westerwolde. Do you prefer to be active? Cycle or walk one of the dozens of marked routes or sail a canoe on the Ruiten Aa. You can enjoy this versatile nature reserve in all kinds of ways. From a quiet walk along undiscovered places to mountain biking on one of the beautiful routes.
In addition to peace, space, beautiful landscapes and forests, the Westerwolde region has a rich history. This is clearly visible in the fortified villages of Oudeschans and Bourtange. The Castle in Wedde and the monastery in Ter Apel are also worth a visit.
