Very nice place in the sun and out of the wind. This is a wonderful place to be in early spring
Always coffee and tea available for the first few days, we love a warm welcome. The refrigerator is on, the heating is on.

Double bedroom on the ground floor, with good beds and sufficient cupboard space
2nd small bedroom downstairs. We call this the box bed bedroom, cozy and romantic. But children also like to sleep here. There are plenty of shelves to store your belongings. with the bathroom next to it

The 3rd bed in the upstairs bedrooms, the chair is folded out and a topper is placed on it so that the 3rd person can also sleep well.

The house is located on a walking dike around the holiday park. A walk of about 25 minutes

Take a spin on the e-chopper, which you can easily rent from Fredsverhuur in Schagen, just like a bicycle or an e-bike, and for a fee he will deliver to your home and pick it up again.
The lovely beach of Callantsoog, with its beach bars, which are open all year round. We always say it's beach weather all year round.
Outside the high season, dogs are allowed to roam freely on the beach and are always welcome at the beach bars.
In the months of April/May you literally stay among the bulb fields.
A fishing pass is included around the house water, you only bring your own fishing rods.

Lovely large lounge area near the wood stove and TV. 1 basket of wood included, you can always pick up wood from us for €7.50 per basket.
Compact kitchen with dishwasher, large stove with oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle and sufficient crockery. A nice bar with stools makes it complete. In the shed there is an extra fridge/freezer and microwave.
Large oval dining table to enjoy socializing together.
Various seating areas in the garden, enjoy nature and the view.
Fishing from your own jetty. Fishing pass is included with the house. Boat with paddles. In the evening a beautiful sunset from the jetty.
The lounge area is somewhat separated from the dining area. If the kids are watching TV, you can still sit quietly at the high table or vice versa.
So nice, if you are away together, there is enough space but it is still very atmospheric. If you are away with the family, with 2 families or several couples, it is also comfortable.
Wood stove for chilly days, but also for the atmosphere.

Upstairs 2 person bedroom with private sink. A cot can be added here if necessary. (it's not spacious, but it's possible.
Nice bed in the 3-person bedroom, also a nice chill spot to read a book, for example.
Another double bedroom, you can sleep wonderfully in the box bed. This room also has its own sink with mirror. An extra bed chair (90/200) can be added here. Space may be limited, but it is possible.
Upstairs a 3 person bedroom. Enjoy a nice night's sleep in the box bed, a party for the kids. Secretly, many people enjoy sleeping in the box bed. Fortunately, there is also plenty of storage space.

The beach and always pleasant seaside resort of Callantsoog is within cycling distance of 9 km. Here are several beach bars and a cozy village.
Around mid-April to mid-May there is an explosion of color through the flowering bulb fields. It starts earlier and runs a little longer.
