Are you looking for a place to relax for a few days or to have a beach holiday? Our lovely and child-friendly holiday home in Duinland park with a large garden (165m2) and three bedrooms is the perfect location for this.

Less than 300m from the beautiful dunes of Sint Maartenszee (the Zwanenwater nature reserve): 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by foot to the beach.

The house is located in a quiet, green recreational park, with various playgrounds, a tennis court and within walking distance (not in the park itself): including the Goudvis indoor play paradise, an indoor swimming pool and a supermarket for fresh sandwiches, for example.

Layout:
A cozy, attractive south-facing living room, bright open kitchen with washing machine and microwave. French doors from the living room to the terrace.
Furthermore, a neat bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the hall.
Three bedrooms, with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. Camping bed available.

There is a large garden, ideal for sitting sheltered in the sun and wonderful for children with a large trampoline and a children's playhouse with a slide. There are 2 adult bicycles and 2 children's bicycles available for use.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 5 people and a baby.

What do we have to offer:
- The North Sea beach, the sea and dunes within walking and cycling distance.
- The pleasant seaside resort of Callantsoog within cycling distance.
- In the spring you can enjoy the many bulb fields.
- The dune areas between Bergen and Callantsoog for cycling and/or walking.
- The West Frisian market in Schagen. Every Thursday in July and August.
- Spotting seals in Den Helder

During the high season we only rent per week.
In the early and late season the house is also available for a weekend or midweek.

For years we have been in love with the beautiful beaches, dunes and tranquility of Sint Maartenszee and the surrounding area. We have therefore been the proud owners of this lovely, bright holiday home with a lovely, large garden since 2022. Our daughters also thoroughly enjoy the garden. We like to share our house with other lovers of this wonderful environment.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
