Buiten aan Zee is a brand new holiday home on a small-scale holiday park in Sint Maarten in North Holland. The house is beautifully furnished and suitable for 6 people. You can use the facilities at the park, such as the outdoor swimming pool, the playground, the sports field and the jeu de boules court. Sint Maarten is a great starting point for trips in North Holland.
Layout holiday home
On the ground floor are the beautiful living room with sitting area, TV and dining table, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a separate toilet. The first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink are also on the ground floor. Through the patio doors you can step onto the terrace and into the garden. There is a cool barbecue in the garden. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a double and one with 2 single beds) and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a double sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. The house is built sustainably.
Environment
The holiday home is only 6 km from the beach and the sea, so you can cycle there in no time. The area is quiet, wide and green and the park is located against 2 small lakes. The golf course of Dirkshorn is 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a bike ride through North Holland. There are also several walking routes departing from Sint Maarten. The Zwanenwater nature reserve is a fifteen-minute drive away. The cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam can be discovered from here and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel.
