Villa Encanto del Agua welcomes you with a warm, inviting atmosphere as soon as you step inside. The spacious living room, equipped with comfortable furniture, offers a place for relaxation and socializing. The open-plan design of the living room flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. Cooking becomes a real pleasure thanks to the panoramic view over the Spanish Water. What makes the villa extra comfortable are the traditional Caribbean shutters that are installed everywhere, so you always enjoy a refreshing breeze and a pleasant temperature.
The villa has two terraces that connect directly to the living room and kitchen. The first terrace is ideal for alfresco dining with a view of the former plantations of Brakkeput. The second terrace offers direct access to the Balinese-style swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy breathtaking views over the Spanish Water. The private pool is the perfect place to cool off or soak up the sun.
Villa Encanto del Agua can accommodate up to 8 guests, spread over four luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom, equipped with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, has direct access to the swimming pool. Enjoy the Caribbean breeze or cool air conditioning in every room for optimal comfort. Two of the bedrooms offer a beautiful view over the Spanish Water and share a stylish bathroom.
Environment
The villa is conveniently located for various activities, such as snorkeling, sailing, kayaking and hiking in the nearby Caracas Bay. Just a few minutes' drive away you will find the beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo, and there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife to discover in the area, such as in bustling Pietermaai.
Good to know
- Intermediate cleaning €250 mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights, to be paid in advance at Droomvilla.
- Check-in from 16.00 and Check-out until 11.00 a.m.
- Minimum rental period is 7 nights. Christmas period 14 nights
- Late check-out can be requested from the manager on site at an additional cost.
- Including water & electricity consumption (electricity use max. 40 KwH per day, above that € 0.75 per KwH will be charged to you).
