This fine family home is also very cozy and attractive when you are together.

But also together with the children, 2 families or several couples it is nice to stay. With a late check out stay until 18.00 on Sundays.
- Attached to the holiday home a large canopy with, among other things. Extra fridge/freezer and a Weber BBQ. A nice large fenced garden, the dog is also welcome and a shed for the bicycles.
- Inside, the cozy kitchen immediately catches the eye. At the high table you can all eat, drink and make memories together.
- A 90cm stove, large oven, dishwasher and refrigerator complete the whole. You can make coffee the old-fashioned way with a filter coffee maker.
- The cozy sitting area is around the wood stove, the TV hangs centrally (this is a larger TV than in the pictures) You can watch from the sitting area, but also from the high table. There is plenty of closet space to store your belongings.
- As there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, this house is suitable for people who are disabled.
- There is 1 bedroom with 2x box spring 90/200,
- A small bedroom with a double box bed 180/220, bathroom with rain shower and double sink and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs are 2 more large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, rain shower and sink.
- Each bedroom has 2x box spring 90/200 and 1x box spring 80/200. There is a toilet on the landing.
This house is located on the water and promenade, where peace and space are central. If you like fishing, a fishing pass is included.
In short, a wonderful place to avoid the hustle and bustle while the lively Schagen and the cosiness of Callantsoog with its beautiful beaches are close by by bike or car, just 9 kilometers away. Our holiday home is located on a small-scale holiday park In the park there is a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (simple and unsupervised) free of charge. There is also a playground on site. You can park 1 car on site. Electric car charging point at 1.5 km. Bed linen and towels are not included, but optional for a fee. You make the beds yourself.
Sunday always a late check-out 18.00.
Sunday departure but no arrival allowed.
