You can be in Callantsoog or Schagen within fifteen minutes by car, but it is also easy to do by bike. The garden is fenced and you have a view of the water. If you like fishing, a fishing pass is included. On the sunny terrace there is a comfortable garden set and there is 1 sun lounger. If it is too hot, you can quickly create shade with the awning. Inside is a cozy living room with lounge sofa, the wood stove gives a comfortable and cozy warmth. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and 4 burner stove. In the shed there is an extra fridge with freezer compartment and space for your bicycles. Downstairs is a double bedroom with 2x box spring 90/200 with space for a cot and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This also makes the house suitable if you have difficulty walking. There is a utility room with plenty of storage space, here is the washing machine. Upstairs a 2nd bedroom for 3 people 3x box spring 90/200. The 3rd bedroom is a large cozy loft, where you can sleep with 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (topper available). But it is also a nice extra chill room for the kids. You can park 1 car on site. Electric car charging point 1.5 km away.
Pay attention!! This house is not located near our main location, but on a small-scale holiday park 1.5 km away. The holiday park has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (simple and unsupervised) accessible free of charge. There is also a playground on site. Going on holiday with several families and each staying in your own home. Annie 66, Kuitje 63, Kakelbont 62 and Bertus 61 are lying together. Bed linen and towels are not included, but optional for a fee. You make the beds yourself.
