The detached villa stands on over 600 m2 of private land, has an enclosed garden and offers a great view of the dunes and flower bulb fields. The holiday park has a subtropical swimming pool and many other facilities such as an indoor playground, a par 70 golf course with golf school, bowling alley, canoe-bike rental etc. There are several dining options at the resort and in the vicinity. There is a shopping center in Julianadorp. The beach is within walking distance and easily accessible via a sloping beach entrance without stairs.

There is a large living room with dining area and modern kitchen and a spacious conservatory with glass roof. From the living room you can go through the sliding door to the terrace with a view of the dunes and flower fields.
On the map in the advertisement you can see a number of visiting possibilities in the area. We can recommend the towns of Medemblik, Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Alkmaar. Alkmaar has a special cheese market every Friday morning in the high season.
