Welcome to the page of our lovely holiday home on the North Holland coast!! We have been coming together and with our family for more than 35 years in this region and in this place and we still enjoy on the one hand the space and tranquility and on the other hand plenty of activities in the neighborhood. It is so beautiful here in all seasons! Whether you enjoy beautiful bulb fields, walk along the beach in the pouring rain (and then drink hot chocolate in a nice beach bar), dive into the waves in your swimsuit, go kite surfing with a nice breeze or take a beautiful walk through the dune landscape.... it always feels like a holiday!
In addition to celebrating a holiday, our house is also very suitable for a few days to come to yourself or to hold a "work retreat".

"Meno Mosso" is fully equipped; sleeping place for 7 adults (divided over three bedrooms), garden furniture, super-fast internet (and all television conveniences) from Ziggo (this can be used for several devices at the same time, so great for large families), a well-equipped kitchen and even a good washing machine. In our shed are two older but well-functioning bicycles. Ideal to get a fresh croissant in the morning at the Spar, which is a 1-minute bike ride away, or to take a bike ride to the beach in the evening. In the barn you can also find outdoor toys (including beach equipment, badminton set, jeux de boules).
A good playpen, cot with a luxurious mattress and baby bath is available on request. The bathroom is simple but fine and consists of a toilet, sink and a good shower. The cottage is heated by central heating. Because of the many windows it is always light in the house.

Doesn't that seem delicious to you? Can you cycle to the beach in the evening and enjoy a rippling sea and a beautiful sunset? Our cottage is located on the North Holland coast, near the beach (1.5 km), between the beautiful bulb fields and very close to a beautiful dune landscape for walking and cycling. Picturesque places such as Schoorl, Callantsoog, Bergen and Groet are also easy to reach by bike/drive. For cultural activities and shopping you can reach the center of Alkmaar and den Helder within 30 minutes. “Meno Mosso” is located in bungalow park “Campanula” where there is a swimming pool, football field, midget kolf court, table tennis table, bicycle rental, laundry and two beautiful, fenced playgrounds. While there are plenty of activities in the area in all seasons, you can enjoy enjoy the space and tranquility. Even in early spring you can enjoy a cup of coffee on your terrace here. The garden is located around the house, so you have sun all day long, but also always have a place in the shade. Garden furniture plus cushions are provided. Welcome to our beautiful place on the North Holland coast! We are Henri and Treeske Braamskamp and have been coming here for over 35 years. First together and then with our 5 children and now even a grandson!
No matter how often and in what season we come here; we always have a wonderful holiday feeling here. The peace, the space, the beautiful light, the many opportunities to go out with your kids, the beach life... We come here to celebrate, but sometimes also to work or to relax.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes

-Reservation costs

Cleaning costs
Cleaning costs of €65 per booking period (regardless of length of the booking period) will be charged separately by means of an invoice that must be paid 2 weeks before the arrival date of the tenant.

Cancellation policy
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
