**The space**
Downstairs is the cozy living room with adjoining kitchen. The bathroom with toilet and shower is also downstairs. The top floor is one room, the two double beds are separated by a wall and open passage. There is a terrace at the front of the house with a seating area.
**Location**
The location couldn't be more beautiful. At a perfect distance from the beach and the center of Egmond aan Zee. Still in a quiet area, which makes parking easy in the high season. Of course, parking is included with the house and is therefore free for you as a guest.
