In no time you are in Egmond aan Zee with the cozy center with many nice boutiques, restaurants and terraces, but also the dunes, the beach and the sea are only a few kilometers from the holiday home.
Layout holiday home
Droomvilla de Tuinkamer van Egmond is a modern and cozy house with a nice living room at the front with a comfortable sitting area and a large dining table where you can dine or play games with the whole group. The open kitchen is fully equipped and through the sliding doors you can step onto the first, covered, terrace. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box springs, there is a modern bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet. At the back of the house is a large terrace with a beautiful view over the tulip fields and the mill. If you're lucky, the neighbor's horses will enhance your view even more.
Environment
The holiday home is only 2 km from the beach and the sea, so you can cycle there in no time. There is something for everyone in the area, the cozy village of Egmond aan Zee is one and a half kilometers away. The artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are also worth a visit. If you want to find peace and quiet or just be sporty, go to the beach, the dunes or the woods, these places are also not far away.

- There is no regular TV, but there is a flat screen to stream on and a chromecast.
- The owner lives in the same building and uses the same path.
