It is located on the boulevard of Egmond aan Zee and close to the center, so all amenities, such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops, are just around the corner!
Holiday home layout
The house, suitable for 3 people, has two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room with patio doors to the garden. Due to the many windows, the apartment is very bright throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped: a cozy dining table, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and oven. On the first floor are the bedroom, with great views of the dunes and the sea, and the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, bath, double sink and a toilet. You will also find the washing machine and dryer here.
The property has its own parking space in front of the door.
Surroundings
You won't be bored for a moment at such a location. Summer, autumn, winter or spring: in all seasons, the sea has a unique charm. From the house you can walk to the lighthouse and the center within a few minutes via the boulevard.
By car or bike you can easily reach the artists' village of Bergen and the cozy Alkmaar.
