XL Villa Duinhuis consists of two identical adjacent houses with a shared garden. Together the house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with bathroom en suite are on the ground floor. The other bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with bath and extra toilet are located on the first floor. Four bedrooms can accommodate 2 people, the others can accommodate 3 people. All beds are single box-spring beds.
Great for 2 families. You enter the house through the hall with access to the living room and a separate toilet. The spacious living rooms in both houses have a fully equipped open kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a separate dining area with space for two tables and with two nice benches there is enough space for 14 people to eat well. The living room has a nice sofa and flat screen TV with cable connection. There is also free WiFi available.
The house is very suitable for two families or a group of friends, because they are two houses you can go your own way, but there is certainly enough space to sit together with the whole group. The holiday home also has a nice garden. Great for the long summer evening.
This attractive XL holiday villa, Villa Duinland, is located in Sint Maartenszee at the foot of the dunes of the Zwanenwater nature reserve. From here you can stroll at your leisure or cycle through the dunes to the beach.
