The house is suitable for disabled visitors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an en-suite shower room and toilet. One of these bedrooms is a spacious studio. On the 1st floor of the house are the 3 other bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. All beds are box spring beds and there is 1 Auping bed of 2.00 x 1.60 m. There will be a charging station for electric cars from 2021. The house is located approximately 5 minutes by bike from the beach and the lively center of Callantsoog.

The park where this house is located is near 't Octaaf and just under 1500 meters from the beach. You can take the main road to the beach, but it is also possible to cycle over the heathland and through the forest to the center. The center of Callantsoog consists of a cozy village square with restaurants, clothing stores, souvenir shops, a supermarket, bakery and of course ice cream parlor IJsie Prima, where you can get delicious ice cream!
