The location on the Duinland park is wonderfully green and varied with various privately owned houses. Park Duinland is within walking distance of the North Sea beach and therefore close to the sea. In this house you can enjoy your wonderful holiday and all the amenities you need. For example, there is an indoor swimming pool, miniature golf, tennis court, table tennis, a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Villa Duinland Oost is a luxury holiday home. On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living room with a comfortable seating area and a modern open kitchen with all modern conveniences. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave.

The cozy dining area with a nice bench offers plenty of seating space for the whole family. The house has a flat screen TV with cable connection and wireless internet. From the living room you can open through French doors to the beautiful south-facing garden. In the garden you can enjoy the summer. The house has a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor, here is also a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house is the large bathroom with bath and second toilet. Furthermore, here are the 2 extra bedrooms. A bedroom for 2 people and a bedroom for 3 people. All beds in the house are single box-spring beds.

This holiday home is connected to the adjacent equal house. This location is therefore also very suitable for several families or groups of up to 14 people. The houses also have a terraced garden at the rear.
