Kruisweg 5, house 110 is located in a small-scale park. On the ground floor there is a tastefully decorated living room with a semi-open kitchen and a dining area. From the living room you have access to the south-facing sun terrace through sliding doors, where you can enjoy the sun for a long time in the summer. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Shower and toilet are in one room.

The park where this house is located is near 't Octaaf and about 1500 meters from the beach. You can take the main road to the beach, but it is also possible to cycle over the heath and through the forest to the center. The center of Callantsoog consists of a cozy village square with restaurants, clothing stores, souvenir shops, a supermarket, bakery and of course the ice cream parlor Ijsie Prima, where you can get delicious ice cream!

Looking for a nice house in Callantsoog on the coast. Then you have come to the right place. The Lodge is a lovely spot.

We rent out 140 houses in the Callantsoog region. Callantsoog is a nice village with a pleasant threshing square and a nice beach. You only have to cross 1 row of dunes to get to the beach. Do you come in the summer to sunbathe or do you prefer a breath of fresh air in the autumn. In the spring you will find plenty of sights in this bulb region!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Minimum age booker: 26 years
Bed linen and bath linen exclusive

The owner assumes that you take out travel and cancellation insurance, or take any risks of cancellation for your own account. You must also have third-party liability insurance that is valid for the duration of the rental.

You can only cancel your booking in writing. If you cancel the holiday, you will owe the booking fee and the following amounts:

More than 91 days before arrival: 20 % of the rental amount
From 90 days to 61 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental amount
From 60 days to 31 days before arrival: 75 % of the rental amount
From 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 90 % of the rental amount
Less than 14 days before arrival, or no notice: Total rental amount

If the property is re-let at a later date in the cancelled by you or is otherwise occupied, this is not a reason for an additional refund.

The holiday home is close to 't Octaaf in Callantsoog, a 15-minute walk from the beach, a nice walk through the forest and the village center. The park area is just outside the village of Callantsoog. Callantsoog is a well-known seaside resort with various terraces and shops. You will also find a supermarket that is open 365 days a year.
