Welcome to Lot 17!

This  spacious holiday home from 2002 offers space for 1 to 8 people. Are you coming to enjoy together or are you bringing family or friends?  Everything is possible.  

The house has 3 bedrooms. Downstairs a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and upstairs a spacious double room and a room with 4 beds. A small bathroom upstairs with toilet completes it.

The living room gives a wide view of the special slightly sloping surroundings and flows into the spacious kitchen.  This kitchen is fully equipped.

The house has its own driveway and very spacious garden with phenomenal sunsets. Really enjoy!

Many day trips are possible from the polder. Beach is of course popular and there is plenty of choice. Day trips to Texel or Volendam, or even Amsterdam, Alkmaar (with its cheese market) or Schagen are easily accessible from Lot 17.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, is free of charge; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 25% and from 1 week to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
