Centrally located in the Kop van Noord-Holland.
This house is also a hidden gem, you can enjoy the peace, space and nature here. A nice place to avoid the crowds while the lively Schagen inland and Callantsoog on the North Sea coast are close by. Even on Texel you can be there within the hour, just like in Amsterdam.
The living room with kitchen is spacious, you can lounge on the large sofa with the wonderful warmth of the wood stove. The television is rotatable and therefore visible from the sofa, but also visible when you sit at the high table.
A large oval dining table invites you to dine for a long time and enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the practical kitchen.
It is very easy to bring the outside in here; when the French doors are open, you are immediately on the terrace in the large garden with a large canopy. There is a Finnish wood-fired barrel sauna in the garden.
You can always find a spot in the sun or in the shade. A nice garden set is of course available, as well as 2 sunbeds and a parasol. The garden is fenced, so that the dog can also enjoy the garden. There is also a spacious canopy and a wood-fired barrel sauna at your disposal, including use of 2 sauna towels and 2 bathrobes. A scent for infusion is also present, just like a basket of wood.
The bathroom is also downstairs, with shower, sink and toilet.
The entrance is spacious, you have plenty of space for your belongings.
Upstairs, 2 nice bedrooms, both suitable for 3 people each. Each bedroom has 3 box spring beds for a good night's sleep.
The garden is large and offers a lot of privacy, you can easily park 2 cars on site. There is a shed for bicycles. In front of the house there is a lovely terrace with a lounge set, out of the wind and in the sun, where you can enjoy the sun in early spring.

Our holiday homes are located on a small-scale holiday park `t Zijpereilant, which has a nice playground and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (limited supervision) that is accessible free of charge.
There is an electric car charging point at our main location. Bed linen and towels are not included, but optional for a fee. You make the beds yourself.
