The studio is suitable for two people and has a comfortable double bed, from where you have a view of the cozy Laat in Alkmaar. After a day of shopping in the city, you can relax in the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a smart TV. The studio has a private bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is located in the common area, right next to your own front door, and is shared with one other apartment. There are a total of four holiday apartments in the building.

There is a visitor parking permit, which means that you can park for free for 3 hours close to the house. Handy for unloading your stuff. Then we drive to find a free parking area a little further away and park the car there.
