Welcome to this cozy and bright apartment, located in an excellent location in Alkmaar. It is located in a quiet, cozy working-class neighborhood on the edge of the center, with the station and the city center just a few minutes' walk away. The beach and dunes are less than 10 kilometres away. You can park in front of the door with a visitor's permit that is available in the house (validity 3 hours), or park a little further in the free parking area

**The space**
The apartment is located on the second and top floor. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and an attractive sitting area. The loft, where you sleep, has two skylights that provide a beautiful view of the starry sky. The apartment is rented including bed linen, kitchen accessories and towels.

**Guest access**
The apartment can be reached via two flights of stairs and is completely private. The stairwell is shared with the apartment on the first floor. This apartment is suitable for two people and can also be rented through (*CONTENT HIDDEN*), under the name City Home Merel, Sunny Balcony and Free Parking. This is ideal if you are traveling with two couples and still both want to have a private apartment.

**Other Important Information**
The bed is 1.80 x 2 meters and is on pallets, equipped with thick, firm mattresses, so you don't sleep directly on the floor. The bed is slightly lower, so you can stand next to it, but not stand upright.

The neighborhood is currently undergoing renovations, and work has begun across the street. A completely new neighborhood is being built, and the work will last from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. Although we do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, construction noises may be heard.
