Our attractive holiday houseboat is located in the most beautiful spot in a marina in Aalsmeer, at the Kleine Poel.

What can you expect:

Fully equipped and luxurious, such as a smart TV (living room and bedroom), audio, internet, complete kitchen,
washing machine and dryer, bathroom with shower and bath and a terrace.

The ark has 1 bedroom and is suitable for 2 people.
There is a parking space available for you at the marina.

Layout of the ark:
Living area with open kitchen, dining area, cozy sitting area, TV, WiFi and electric fireplace.
In the basement: Infrared sauna, toilet, 1 bedroom, bathroom with sink, bath, shower and hair dryer.
Adjacent to the living room you have a terrace with an unobstructed view over the lake.
Here you can enjoy the sun and the view all day long.

You can also rent our electric sloop (if available). No license required.

We also have a very luxurious 4 person house boat (Big Poelhouse) in the same marina, also in a beautiful place with a top view and since March 2021 a luxury 2 person house boat (Poellodge).
