The cottage has a private parking space with terrace at the front, but also a beautiful enclosed backyard with a large canopy (2.5 x 4m) that offers you a lot of privacy. Equipped with a lounge set, bbq etc. make it possible to relax here. The cottage has a sliding door to the terrace, which gives you a wonderful indoor/outdoor feeling.

In the area you will also find attraction parks, safari park "Beekse Bergen" and "de Efteling" Oisterwijk has been voted the second most beautiful village by A.N.W.B. in 2021. Oisterwijk is located in the triangle of Tilburg, Eindhoven and 's-Hertogenbosch.

The cozy center of Oisterwijk is only 4 km away. Many terraces and shops and many planned activities in the center and outskirts. In this rural area you will find many drinking and eating places and nice stops with special stops. A visit to country shops that you pass. Such as e.g. a buffalo farm where you can obtain special products (e.g. mozorella). Or a beer tasting with a guided tour of the trapist monastery. Hi, we (Ingrid and Ger) have recently started renting out our holiday homes. We have recently been renting out 4 fully renovated houses located together (each 2 pers. + event. 1 child). Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
