This special place is now for max. 4 people on request is sometimes the 5 person possible, it was first for 4 people, but due to the many questions we have adjusted it.
Two single beds have now been added by a different layout and another place has been made for the dining table

It is finished with care and fully equipped with a double sofa bed (160x200cm), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The surface of the cottage is 32 m2 and is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of 4000 m2 with a swimming pool of 10 x 5 x 1.5 meters deep that you share with the owners and not with other guests.

A koi pond of 120 m3 situated in the green.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob with extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker and dryer

We have been living on the outskirts of Hoeven for 30 years, it is an oasis of peace for us in our garden of 4000 M2.
Now that we have added the swimming pool in the past year, we think it would be a nice idea to let others enjoy it as well.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Within walking distance you will find the woods of Pagnevaart and there are also plenty of cycling routes through the woods of Rucphen or through the polders towards Zevenbergen. In Oudenbosch you have the beautiful basilica the Arboretum and an Ethnological museum. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of Hoeven. Roosendaal-Bergen op Zoom-Breda and Antwerp are all fairly close by car
