In the vicinity of the beautiful natural drifting sand area De Bedafse Bergen and De Maashorst lies the hamlet "De Brakke". At a former farmhouse, two outbuildings have been converted into holiday residences which we call Tiny house De Brakke 1. You have a beautiful view over meadows and the edge of the forest.

The residence has been renovated as much as possible with existing or reused materials and exudes the atmosphere of the 60s. The accommodation is especially suitable for guests who want to explore the area by bike or on foot. Of course there is a covered bicycle shed. The residence has a kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, shower and toilet. There is a double bed in the sleeping area, but it is also possible to use a bunk bed.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the meadows and you can enjoy the evening red. There is ample parking available.

We will send you a code so that you can check in yourself via the key safe, just as convenient!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
