The Lazy Finch

Right in the heart of Burgundian Brabant, in the vicinity of more than five golf courses and the Efteling, this attractive and comfortable holiday home. We get a lot of compliments about the cozy interior, the complete and luxurious kitchen and the enclosed garden with two terraces so that you always have sun. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 adults/2 adults and one to three children.

There is a large flat screen LED TV in the living room, with digitenne and ESPN. It is also possible to use your own digital subscription. There is superfast wireless internet for mobile, iPad/reader and computer. The living room is large with plenty of space to relax, dine and enjoy the birds in the garden. 

There is a new kitchen with induction hob and extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster. We have many pans, bowls, cutlery, plates and glasses, so that visitors can also be fêted. 

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also an ironing board, iron, drying rack and vacuum cleaner. 

We have two bedrooms and a separate office. The master bedroom has a box spring with Emma mattress (160x200). There are also two lovely single beds. And a third comfortable cot on request. The study has a reading corner with books and magazines, sofa and desk.

Heating is done by means of a pellet stove and various infrared panels. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer due to its location and insulation. There is a separate toilet. And a bathroom with shower cubicle and double sink and towel rail.

You can bring your own duvet cover, sheet pillowcase and towels or rent them for a small fee. 
Extra warm blankets are provided for cold nights and multiple pillow options.

The double gate closes off the 1000 square meter site. Parking is therefore possible on private land. 
In front is a nice terrace with good garden chairs and garden bench, parasol.
The rear terrace has a dining table and six chairs.

There are toys for children, and a possibility to use a trampoline and swing equipment. We provide a high chair on request. 
Bicycles are also available on request. 

Guests enjoy the peace and space.
Walking and cycling routes nearby, farm shops, golf courses.
25 minutes from Efteling and Beekse Bergen and close to Breda, Tilburg and Belgium.

Dogs are welcome after consultation. 
Smoking in the house and garden is not allowed.
