Right in the heart of Burgundian Brabant on the outskirts of Gilze-Rijen, this beautifully situated, attractive and comfortable holiday home, beautifully furnished, with luxury kitchen and enclosed garden with two terraces. The house is suitable for 2 to 4 adults/2 adults and up to three children.

Large flat screen LED TV in living room, with digital antenna and ESPN. Fast wireless internet for IPAD and computer. Living room is large with plenty of space to play.

There is a new kitchen with induction and extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner. Lots of pans, dishes, cutlery, plates and glasses.

Furthermore, two bedrooms and a separate office. The master bedroom has a box spring with Emma mattress (160x200). There are also two Auping single beds. And possibly a third comfortable child's bed. The office has a reading corner with books and magazines, sofa and desk.

Heating is provided by a pellet stove and infrared panels. Due to its location and insulation, the house is warm in winter and cool in summer. Separate toilet. Bathroom with shower cabin and double sink and towel rack.

You can bring your own duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase and towels or rent them for a small fee.
Extra warm blankets available for cold nights and multiple pillow options.
