Nice family home! 
Boekels buiten is located in the beautiful outskirts of Boekel in North Brabant. 
The holiday home is secluded and offers plenty of privacy and security due to hedges and sheep fencing placed all around, which is safe for children.
The house has 2 floors, including 1 bedroom, shower and separate toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom including bath and toilet on the upper floor. 
There are no thresholds on the ground floor for our  guests, who have difficulty walking, 
The large garden, which is accessible via the storage room and from the kitchen, is fully fenced and equipped with all comforts for young and old, such as a large sandbox (50m2) including toys, football field with goals, trampoline, 2 terraces (partly covered) etc. In consultation we will prepare a small children's pool for the little ones, which you can fill yourself. There is also a table tennis table. You can also use the beautiful large jeu-de-boules court! Soon (2026) a new volleyball net (10m) can be used!
About 3 km away is the Billybird Hemelrijk recreation park in Volkel, where it is a good place to stay in the summer, but also in the winter with a playground and recreational lake, in the summer you can swim there. ZieZoo is also within cycling distance. 
You only live in this house with your own company, with a driveway between you and the landlord. The gardens of you and the landlord are located on both sides of the plot, so plenty of privacy.
Our house is intended for people who want to enjoy peace and quiet and each other, who take the environment into account and is not intended for bachelor parties/partying young people. Nuisance will be monitored.

The center of Boekel is located at 3 km, where all amenities for daily shopping are available (2 supermarkets, butcher, bakery, Kruidvat, Hema, etc.).
Groceries can be delivered by the well-known supermarkets.
Boekel is located in the triangle of Eindhoven, Nijmegen and 's-Hertogenbosch, so that other activities are also within a reasonable distance. 
In the quiet months of November, January, February there is the possibility to reserve only the ground floor for 2 people with adjusted rates; Please send a message. A minimum of 3 nights.
