Welcome to The Lazy Finch, where guests enjoy the peace and quiet in this large and comfortable holiday home in the middle of Brabant.
There are countless walking and cycling routes nearby, farm shops, eateries, wooded terraces, five golf courses, and beautiful nature. Or shopping and culture in the cities of Breda and Tilburg nearby or how about a day at Efteling, Beekse Bergen or Belgium.
We get a lot of compliments about the cozy interior, the complete and luxurious kitchen and the enclosed garden with two terraces so that you always have sun. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 adults/2 adults and one to three children.
In front is a beautiful terrace with comfortable garden chairs and garden bench by a fire-pit. The rear terrace has a dining table and six chairs.
We have two bedrooms and a separate office. The master bedroom has a box spring from M-line (160x200). There are also two lovely single beds. And a third comfortable cot on request. The study has a reading corner with books and magazines, sofa and desk.
In the 45m2 living room there is a comfortable sitting area, a large flat screen LED TV with digitenne and ESPN. It is also possible to use your own digital subscription. There is superfast wireless internet for mobile, iPad/reader and computer. The living room is large with plenty of space to relax, dine and enjoy the birds in the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob and extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster. We have many pans, bowls, cutlery, plates and glasses, so that visitors can also be fêted.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also an ironing board, iron, drying rack and vacuum cleaner.
Heating is done by means of a pellet stove and various infrared panels. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer due to its location and insulation. There is a separate toilet. And a bathroom with shower cubicle and double sink and towel rail.
You can bring your own duvet cover, sheet pillowcase and towels or rent them for a small fee.
Extra warm blankets are provided for cold nights and multiple pillow options.
The double gate closes off the 1000 square meter site. Parking is therefore possible on private land.
There are toys for children, and a possibility to use a trampoline and swing equipment. We provide a high chair on request.
Bicycles are also available on request.
Dogs are welcome after consultation.
Smoking in the house and garden is not allowed.
