Welcome to our completely renovated, luxury wellness bungalow! This former ruin will be transformed into a beautiful holiday home in 2025, fully equipped with a custom interior for optimal comfort. Located on a quiet plot of 500 m² on a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy maximum privacy and unobstructed views over the fields. Are you looking for fun or relaxation? At the park you will find a restaurant, tennis court, bicycle rental and a lovely heated outdoor swimming pool.
Comfort & Layout
Living room & Climate: Spacious, cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area, smart TV, Sonos surround, fireplace and air conditioning. Large sliding doors provide access to the sunny south facing terrace (the rear has a cool shaded terrace). The entire house has underfloor heating.
Kitchen The heart of the house, realized with care and craftsmanship to measure. Fully equipped with a combi oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a large dining table for 8 people.
Wellness bathroom Luxurious bathroom with a wonderful rain shower and its own private sauna to fully relax in.
3 Bedrooms Two spacious rooms with luxury box springs (one with extra TV) and one room with a sturdy, custom-made loft bed plus an extra box spring. Space for a baby cot is available.
About Parc de Kievit
You may have come across reports online about a business disagreement between the homeowners and the manager of the park. Don't worry: this is purely an internal and administrative matter. As a guest, you will notice absolutely nothing of this at the park. The atmosphere is friendly, peace and quiet is guaranteed and all facilities – including the recently renovated swimming pool and the cozy restaurant – are open and operational.
