Holiday House Plaets Vier
At this beautiful cottage in the Brabant countryside you are welcome to spend the night and enjoy the peace. From the cottage and the garden you have views of the ezelweide and the countryside. The living room is equipped with a seating area and an open plan kitchen with four-burner gas cooker, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, combi oven, pans and other crockery. Satellite TV available.

The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed in a niche with curtain and has plenty of closet space.

The cottage can be heated using the cozy pellet stove.

There is a bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. The toilet is a separate space with a fountain. Bikes can be stacked in the spacious hall.

Guests have a private fenced garden, private driveway and free Wi-Fi. During the milking season, the beds are fitted with a mosquito net.

Baby cot available on request. The chickens, cats and their own dogs run loose on the grounds. If your dog is not used to this, keep it happy or within the fence.

Environment
Holiday House Plaets Vier is located in the municipality of Laarbeek, the greenest municipality of the Netherlands 2016, in the outskirts between Aarle-Rixtel and Beek and Donk.

A peaceful rural setting surrounded by various nature areas, such as De Peel, De Biezen, Grotel Heide and Estate Croy. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails. It is also possible to compile your route by bike or hiking route. Some of these routes are just tens of meters from the cottage.

Also directly from the cottage you can make beautiful walks in a varied landscape. With a bit of luck and patience you will spot a fox, a hare, a big egret, a green woodpecker, a kingfisher or a rare patch. In the surrounding area there is plenty to do and there are many possibilities for a fun day out. Helmond is 5 kilometers away, and Eindhoven is 15 kilometers away.

We are Philip and Carina, owners of Holiday House Plaets Vier. In 2015, with our purchase of our current farmhouse, our long-awaited wish was fulfilled to receive people in our own place and to provide a pleasant stay. With much love and fun we have set up the cottage and we work on and on our premises. With our children Pien and Wouter and our animals we enjoy this place and we gladly share it with our guests!

Please note: the above rates are for 3 or 4 people. If you come alone or in pairs, book via the other advertisement for the same house (shortcut code 24632).

- Arrival time from 4 pm, check out on the day of departure at 11 am.

- Pets are welcome, maximum 2 pets. Price pet € 3,- per animal per night.

- Linen is optional for rent at €12.50 per person per stay / per week. If you rent linen, we provide made beds, bath and kitchen towels and tea towels.
You can also bring this yourself. The mattress size of the double bed is 160 x 200 cm. The mattresses on the bunk bed are 80 x 200 cm. Single duvets are available.

- No tourist tax is levied in the municipality of Laarbeek.
