You are welcome to spend the night at this cozy house in the Brabant countryside and enjoy the tranquility. From the cottage and the garden you have a view of the donkey pasture and the countryside. The living room is equipped with a sitting area and an open kitchen (new 2022) with an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, combi oven, pans and other crockery. TV available (fiber optic).

The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed in an alcove with curtain and has plenty of closet space.

You can heat the cottage using the cozy pellet stove.

There is a bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. The toilet is a separate room with a fountain. Bicycles can be parked in the spacious hall.

Guests have their own enclosed garden, private driveway and free Wi-Fi. In the mosquito season, the beds are fitted with a mosquito net.

Baby cot available on request. The chickens, cats and own dog roam freely on the property, but are shielded from the cottage's garden by a fence.

Environment
Plaets Vier is centrally located in the municipality of Laarbeek, in the outlying area between Aarle-Rixtel and Beek en Donk. A rural environment with a few farm houses and various nature reserves within cycling distance, such as De Grotelse Heide, De Stiphoutse bos and Landgoed Croy. There are numerous cycling and walking routes in these areas. It is also possible to put together your own route via the cycling or walking route network. Some of these routes are only tens of meters from the cottage. You can also take beautiful walks in a varied landscape directly from the cottage. With a bit of luck and patience you can spot a deer, a fox, a hare, a great egret, a woodpecker, kingfisher or the rare partridge. There is plenty to do in the vicinity and there are many possibilities for a nice day out.
Lovers of nature as well as lovers of cultural history and Burgundian life will not be short of anything. Helmond is five kilometers away and Eindhoven with its bustling Strijp-S is 15 kilometers away.

We are Philip and Carina, owners of Holiday House Plaets Vier. In 2015, with our purchase of our current farmhouse, our long-awaited wish was fulfilled to receive people in our own place and to provide a pleasant stay. With much love and fun we have set up the cottage and we work on and on our premises. With our children Pien and Wouter and our animals we enjoy this place and we gladly share it with our guests!

Explanation of prices

Please note: the above rates are for 3 or 4 persons. If you come alone or in pairs, book via the other advertisement for the same house (speed code 24632).

- Arrival time from 4 p.m., check-out on the day of departure at 11 a.m.

- Pets are welcome, maximum 2 pets. Pet price € 3,- per animal per night.

- Linen can be rented optionally at €12.50 per person per stay / per week. If you rent linen, we provide made beds, bath and kitchen towels and tea towels.
You can also bring this yourself. The mattress size of the double bed is 160 x 200 cm. The mattresses on the bunk beds are 80 x 200 cm. Single duvets are available.

- No tourist tax is levied in the municipality of Laarbeek.

Your reservation is final as soon as the (down) payment has been received by us.

Cancellation
- In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge € 40 administration costs. - In case of cancellation less than six weeks, but more than four weeks before the booked arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price.
- In case of cancellation less than four weeks, but more than two weeks before the booked arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days, but more than 48 hours before the booked arrival date: 75% of the agreed total price.
- In case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival date 4:00 pm: 100% of the agreed total price.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be made.
