Holiday home STOER is part of Sibbliem Luxury Homestay.

Upon entering you will find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic 4-burner hob, extractor hood, electric oven, sink and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pans, towels, kitchen towels, bottle opener, kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee maker (Cafè d'Italia). The living room with dining area has a two-seater sofa, SMART TV with many channels, your favorite apps and of course Netflix. At the dining table you can enjoy meals that you can prepare in your own kitchen. Of course, there is also the option to check your latest emails or finish something for work, because there is free WIFI.

And if you want to relax, we have prepared a comfortable box spring for you in the separate bedroom. You can retreat to the bathroom where you will find the walk-in shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer and toilet. We offer beneficial shower products that you can use while enjoying the rain shower. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can use your own terrace and your own piece of garden through the patio doors.

The garden is completely fenced. In addition to the communal garden, holiday home STOER even has a private garden.

A maximum of 2 small to medium-sized dogs are allowed in the STOER holiday home, for a fee.

We are Carmen, Michiel and our dog Ziva and we enjoy living in the church village of Sibbe, which is part of the Municipality of Valkenburg aan de Geul. We have a lot of passion for honest food, a good glass of wine, long walks with our dog, tranquility, romance and the beautiful nature that our area has to offer. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include the locally applicable tourist tax. The bed is nicely made and there is plenty of bath and kitchen linen available.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated to Sibbliem in writing as soon as possible.
Up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
In case of cancellation within 30-15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the cost will be charged as a fee.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the date of arrival itself, on arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be charged as compensation.
The fee must be paid to the Sibbliem within 10 days of cancellation.
Sibbliem always has the right to withdraw the final reservation more than one week prior to the date of arrival without giving reasons. The amount already paid will be refunded to the Main Guest free of charge.
