Holiday home LIEF is part of Sibbliem Luxury Homestay.

It was completely modernized in 2020. It is suitable for 2 people with its own entrance and plenty of privacy. The cottage has its own patio garden and a shared spacious garden to relax in. It has a lockable garage to store bicycles or a motorcycle.

In the living room there is a SMART TV (equipped with apps and NETFLIX) and WIFI. Adjacent is the semi-open kitchen which has an induction hob, extractor hood, sink, combi oven and refrigerator.

On the first floor is the spacious bedroom with unobstructed views and a luxurious 2-person box spring. There is also a separate private bathroom on the 1st floor with sink, walk-in rain shower and toilet.
Those seeking peace and quiet are very welcome here!

A maximum of 1 small to medium-sized dog is allowed in LIEF. However, the dog is not welcome in the bedroom.

We are Carmen, Michiel and our dog Ziva and we enjoy living in the church village of Sibbe, which is part of the Municipality of Valkenburg aan de Geul. We have a lot of passion for honest food, a good glass of wine, long walks with our dog, tranquility, romance and the beautiful nature that our area has to offer. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include the locally applicable tourist tax. The bed is nicely made and there is plenty of bath and kitchen linen available.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated to Sibbliem in writing as soon as possible.
Up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
In case of cancellation within 30-15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the cost will be charged as a fee.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the date of arrival itself, on arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be charged as compensation.
The fee must be paid to the Sibbliem within 10 days of cancellation.
Sibbliem always has the right to withdraw the final reservation more than one week prior to the date of arrival without giving reasons. The amount already paid will be refunded to the Main Guest free of charge.
