Our authentic, renovated farm houses a total of 4 guest houses, 2 of which are located on the ground floor (with their own private terrace). The other 2 guest rooms are located on the ground floor on the first floor (with private balcony).
The whole is framed by a beautiful standard orchard of 6000 m2.
The guest accommodation is unique in that you have a magnificent panoramic view of the picturesque hilly landscape directly from the large windows in all living rooms and from the adjacent terraces and balconies. How could it be otherwise: our farm is more than 170 meters above NAP!
Lovely light 2-person apartment with one bedroom and private balcony on the 1st floor
This 2-person apartment is located on the ground floor on the first floor, has its own entrance and is accessible via one staircase. It is a wonderfully bright apartment with lots of privacy. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to comfort, atmosphere and quality in a beautiful country style that matches the beautiful surroundings.
The sitting area has a 2-seater sofa and an armchair, SMART TV (40 inch, with Netflix) DVD and radio/CD player and good (ambient) lighting. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner gas stove, combi-microwave (with oven and grill function), coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, various 'pots and pans' and cozy crockery.
The comfortable box spring bed (7-zone pocket spring mattresses, 60 cm high) in the separate bedroom guarantees a wonderful night's sleep. There is also a built-in wardrobe for your clothes, suitcases and other belongings.
The bathroom is new and has a spacious hand and rain shower, sink and toilet.
Adjacent to the living room you walk onto your own terrace where you can relax. Because of its location on the first floor, the view is even more beautiful! On the balcony you have afternoon and evening sun. It is fantastic to watch the sun set behind the hills in the evening!
In and around the apartment you have access to a fast WIFI connection.
Relax in the standard orchard
Our orchard consists of apple, pear, plum, cherry and sweet chestnut and walnut trees.
In season - when the fruits are ripe - you can pick and collect as much as you want. The picking baskets are ready for you!
We have set up various lounge and relaxation areas. Here you can enjoy a lot of privacy and an oasis of peace amidst the fruit trees!
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings
Country house 't Herfse is very centrally located in the middle of the 5-star hiking and cycling area in the South Limburg hills. The most beautiful hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails start right outside the door!
The historic and vibrant cities of Maastricht, Aachen and Liège can also be reached within 30 minutes by car.

On arrival we would like to welcome you according to old Limburg tradition with freshly brewed coffee/tea and delicious Limburg flan. We are also happy to show you around and answer all your questions.
You can always knock on our door during your stay. For tips, advice or help ... we are happy to help you!
