Our authentic, renovated farmhouse houses a total of 4 guest houses, 2 of which are located on the ground floor (with their own private terrace). The other 2 guest rooms are all on the ground floor on the first floor (with their own balcony).
The whole is framed by a beautiful standard orchard of 6000 m2.
Unique to the guest houses is that you have a magnificent panoramic view of the picturesque hilly landscape directly from the large windows in all living rooms and from the adjacent terraces and balconies. How could it be otherwise: our farm is more than 170 meters above sea level!
Cozy 2-person guesthouse with private terrace on the ground floor
This 2 person apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance accessible via the private terrace.
The apartment is furnished with great attention to comfort, atmosphere and quality in a beautiful country style that matches the beautiful surroundings.
The sitting area has a nice sofa with chaise longue, SMART TV (40 inches, with Netflix), DVD and radio/CD player and good (atmosphere) lighting. There is an open kitchen with access to a fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas stove, combi microwave (with oven and grill function), coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, various 'pots and pans' and cozy crockery.
The comfortable box-spring bed (7-zone pockerspring mattresses) in the separate bedroom guarantees a wonderful night's sleep. There is also a built-in wardrobe for your clothes, suitcases and other belongings.
The bathroom is new and has a sink, toilet and spacious hand and rain shower.
Adjacent to the living room you walk onto your own terrace where you can relax. Here you can enjoy the view and the afternoon and evening sun. It is fantastic to see the sun set behind the hills in the evening!
In and around the apartment you have access to a fast WIFI connection.
Relaxing in the standard orchard
Our orchard consists of apple, pear, plum, cherry and sweet chestnut and walnut trees.
In season - when the fruits are ripe - you can pick and collect as much as you want. The picking baskets are ready for you!
We have set up various lounge and relaxation areas. Here you can enjoy a lot of privacy and an oasis of peace in the middle of the fruit trees!
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings
Buitenverblijf 't Herfse is very centrally located in the middle of the 5-star hiking and cycling area in the South Limburg hills. The most beautiful hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes start right on your doorstep!
The historic and bustling cities of Maastricht, Aachen and Liège can also be reached within 30 minutes by car.
"Old-fashioned" hospitable
Upon arrival, we would like to welcome you according to old Limburg tradition with freshly brewed coffee/tea and delicious Limburg flan. We are also happy to show you around and answer all your questions.
