Visit our very luxuriously furnished house with a beautiful view of the South Limburg Geuldal. This very spacious detached villa is surrounded by a beautiful wooded hillside landscape, which immediately gives you a holiday feeling. You can follow various walking and cycling routes directly from the house. There are also several cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

We have useful information available in the house for trips into nature, nice towns and villages and other recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity of this border area with Belgium and Germany.

The holiday home is suitable for 6-7 persons. Due to previous incidents, groups of young people are not allowed. The interior is attractive, comfortable and fully equipped. A workplace has also been set up for those who also need to be able to work from home.

As a family we love sporty holidays in nature. Our house in South Limburg is located in a beautiful area with various recreation options. We have therefore collected various tips for our guests and are ready for you.

The house is fully equipped. It has become a place where we have a holiday feeling as soon as we arrive and where we feel very much at home. We are confident that this also applies to our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A week is from Friday 16.00 to Friday 10.00.
Midweek is from Monday 16.00 to Friday 10.00.
Weekend is from Friday 16.00 to Monday 10.00.

Different check-in and check-out days for special holidays, weekends in consultation. Bed linen is included in the rental price. We ask our guests to bring their own bath and kitchen linen. If desired, these can optionally be booked for 5€ per set/person.

In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from 6 weeks to 3 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from 3 weeks to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation due to tightened Corona regulations of the government, no extra costs will be charged. In that specific situation, you will receive your deposit back for the number of days that you have not been able to use the property.

Additional information

Various recreation options in the immediate vicinity of the house. Cities Valkenburg and Maastricht with various museums and attractions are approximately 20 minutes away by car. Furthermore, many walking and cycling opportunities in and around beautiful villages such as Gulpen, Epen and Vijlen. Three-country point with labyrinth (Vaals) is also recommended. For racing bike and MTB enthusiasts there are various marked out routes in the area, including the Amstel Gold Race Tour Edition. Furthermore, the house is within walking distance of special shops, a wine tasting, restaurants and terraces. Finally, after a brisk walk or bike ride, you can relax at forest café "Het Hijgende Hert".
