We were pleasantly surprised on arrival. Well received and clear information about the location and equipment. As a family (3 separate families) we enjoyed the space and the luxury. Highly recommended for a visit to the Christmas market in Aachen and/or Maastricht.

House is large but the sitting room limited seating. Furthermore, 1 bathroom in one of the bedrooms so that other 5 people have to make do with 1 other bathroom, not practical. There is also no storage space or mirror in the 3 ...

1 bedroom does not have a safe to open window, you can come right in so it must remain closed

From the village you have so many possibilities; hiking in the area, Phantasia, supping and kayaking on a lake in Germany, abseiling in an old well in Valkenburg, swimming in various nice pools, etc. We enjoyed it intensely. Thank you for this!

We had nice days around New Year's Eve in the villa. Plus points are the beautiful view at the front of the house, the very nice bright living room with luxury kitchen and the enormous space that the house offers. We were 2 families and had plenty of space. Beautiful walks to make from the house. Among other things, to the Panting Deer.

The house is really great. All amenities have been thought of. Even air conditioning is available for the hot days. Everything is there and you don't miss anything about this house.
A word of advice: the decking on the ter...

A word of advice: the decking on the terrace is very slippery (ice rink) when it has rained. Put artificial grass on top and the problem is solved.

With our 3 adult children and supporters a very good house for a long weekend. Everything is there and nice and spacious. The large dining table at the huge kitchen island invites you to dine for a long time. From home immediately the most beautiful walking routes, local bakery for the flan. Vijlen is rightly called a real mountain village.
