This spacious and sunny holiday home is located in a quiet spot in one of the most beautiful regions of Groningen, also known as 'the Tuscany of the north'. The design of the house is unique. The roof is made of a thick layer of Groningen clay and overgrown with grass and wild flowers. The wide front of the house is made of glass. Everything is on the ground floor, which makes it very suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
It is located on the Reitdiep, a natural river, where you can fish, swim and sail. It is a pleasure to watch the boats slowly go by.
The house has 2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom. The living room is very spacious and in the back you will find the open kitchen that is fully equipped. The spacious bathroom, with a lovely large bath, has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. For those who like to read, there are many books, literature, but also about the province of Groningen.
The grass roof house is located on a small open park (10 houses), without a barrier or reception. In front of our house is a large lawn where children can play at their leisure.
