Fiber optic internet with WiFi is available. The house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. 1 bedroom has a double bed, 1 bedroom has a bunk bed which can also be used by adults. 1 of the sofas in the living room is a single sofa bed. The house has a spacious kitchen with fridge, freezer and induction hob and is equipped with air conditioning. The house has a spacious indoor veranda. The nature house is within walking distance of the Schilmeer, the Groningen Golf Club Duurswold, the beach and the marina of 'de Otter' and marina 'Boei12'. There are several catering establishments and restaurants around the Schildmeer.

Our lovely nature house is for rent in the Roegwold area. Roegwold and the Schildmeer is a varied nature reserve that is in full development. Old nature is supplemented with new nature and agricultural areas between the existing nature areas are being redeveloped. The area is characterized by an alternation of open water, grasslands, swamps, rugged nature, tranquility and panoramic views.

The extended ground floor now has a spacious living room with patio doors.
The terrace has recently been enlarged and enriched with a luxurious garden set. A 2 meter long table with comfortable chairs to dine for a long time and enjoy the view over the lake.
