Lovely detached holiday home in the forest with its own sauna! Beautiful holiday home in a small-scale park on the golf course. Wake up to the birds and be on the golf course, forest or most beautiful cycle paths within 5 minutes. Modernly furnished and fully equipped. 10 minutes from the beautiful idyllic Winterswijk and close to the German border.

Smart TV with Netflix and a lovely fireplace. The house has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, so it is wonderfully spacious for 4 people. Spacious garden around the house, so lots of privacy and tranquility. Wonderful private sauna to relax after a nice walk or bike ride.

In short, everything in one house for a wonderful stay in nature. The park is a small-scale recreational park where you can use the golf course from the catering industry. Furthermore, it is wonderfully quiet in the park.

Hello, we are Rachel and Laura and we rent out our holiday home for true lovers of nature and tranquility. We also live there with the children, so it is kid-proof with a high chair and some fun toys :) We really enjoy sharing our lovely holiday home with even more nature lovers :)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price and 50% from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

There are very beautiful walking and cycling paths nearby. The Sevink Molen also has a very nice indoor and outdoor playground for the children. You can also be in Germany in no time and it's nice to spend a day looking across the border. The Hilgelo is wonderful for cooling off and we have a beautiful wine farm in the vineyard Hesselink area. In short, enough to keep young and old entertained.
