Lovely detached modern villa for a wonderful luxury stay. We live here ourselves with two small children so the house is perfect for that. Downstairs is a lovely open kitchen where you can easily enter the garden through the sliding door, lovely in the morning with a cup of coffee. Spacious living room and dining room adjacent to the kitchen. In the TV/children's room there is a 2-person sofa bed and a nice work desk.

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a luxurious 2-person box spring bed with spacious wardrobes and adjacent to a lovely bath, toilet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a cot with adult mattress and trundle, suitable for 1 adult. The third bedroom has a baby/toddler bed. The trundle bed can also be placed here. Downstairs is another spacious sofa bed for two adults.

The entire house is constantly cooled, so it's great in the summer. There are also 2 electric bicycles that we can make available. And plenty of children's bikes, outdoor pool and toys :)

We are a family with young children and like to rent out our house from time to time to lovers of nature and the Veluwe! The house is maintained with great care so a wonderful stay!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
