A nice holiday home in the wooded area of Winterswijk, detached and with its own driveway. There is also a beautiful, large garden with a lovely roof. On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen (equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker and kettle), hall, toilet, bathroom with shower and sink, bedroom with bunk beds (90x200) and storage room where bicycles can be used. On the first floor are two rooms, adjacent to a landing with cupboard space. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and the other bedroom has two single beds (90x200). The cottage has WiFi. There is a camp bed, high chair and baby bath available. Dogs allowed in consultation.

The cottage is located in a park which borders directly on nature reserve 't Korenburgerveen. The area has beautiful walking and cycling routes. Nearby is a trim / play forest, recreational lake 't Hilgelo, swimming pool and much more. The village of Winterswijk is two kilometers away. There are many shops and restaurants, there is a market twice a week and there is shopping Sunday every last weekend of the month.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
