Bedroom: 1x 2pers. bed with 2 mattresses 80/200. On arrival, your bed is already made.

Around the house a spacious garden where you can enjoy both sun and shade. Large dining table with 6 adjustable chairs, awning and bbq available. Parking space next to the bungalow. Several cars can be parked for free in the large car park at the entrance of the park.

The park has a large recreational lake with a beach, where you can fish, swim, dive and paddle. A restaurant, tennis courts, miniature golf, bowling alley and for the little ones an indoor playground, petting zoo and outdoor playground. From 2022 you can reserve the open-air theater 'T Konijnenhol for your meeting, concert or party.

Beautiful cycling and walking routes in the area. Fundustry Viking Adventures climbing park with paintball, and zipline is located next to the park, as is the cozy, waterfront, pavilion the Buitenhuis. Or visit one of the 7 castles around Nijmegen.
For the golfers: golf course Rijk van Nijmegen and Burggolf Wijchen

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit 30% of the rent
Remaining payment including deposit to be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. - If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent
-In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40%
-From 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
