In Holiday Home De Boschkerhook you can enjoy yourself comfortably all year round. Relax and indulge your senses. On the edge of the forest and fields, birds, pheasants, squirrels and deer can be spotted and heard up close. You can start a walk or bike ride from the garden! After an active day, you can relax in the Finnish sauna, with a refreshing outdoor shower, and then relax further on one of the 2 terraces with a view. The house is fully equipped, with an eye for sustainability. The house is sustainably heated and cooled with a heat pump, and a charging station is available for your electric car. In addition to the bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet is available. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, combination microwave, dishwasher and freezer, and a filter coffee and dolce gusto machine are available. WiFi is available everywhere, and the seating area has a smart TV. Next to the house is a multifunctional shed, equipped with a sauna, an extra toilet and shower, which also serves as a bicycle shed. The house is smoke and pet free.

Holiday home De Boschkerhook is located in the province of Gelderland, on the outskirts of the town of Tussender. The holiday home is located on the edge of the Tussenderveen nature reserve. This unique raised bog area has been successfully managed by the Marke Tussender Veen Foundation for 65 years. One of the walking routes gives you a small insight, and excursions are also available to enter the protected nature reserve. Numerous junction cycle routes are available in the area. These lead you to, for example, the picturesque fortified towns of Groenlo or Bredevoort, and pass through the beautiful border area with Germany. The village of Questionnder is adorned by the De Vier Winden flour mill, and cozy catering establishments are available. Questionnder is located in the beautiful Achterhoek. The region is characterized by its scenic landscape, with alternating meadows, hedgerows, streams, forests and dirt roads. There are idyllic towns scattered around, with castles and museums. You will feel so at home with the Achterhoek friendliness, down-to-earthness and hospitality.

Hi there! My name is Corine, and together with my husband Bram we rent out holiday home De Boschkerhook. A place we are very proud of! :) After a year of work, we were ready to share this beautiful place with you in the summer of 2023. Explanation of prices

We apply the following cancellation conditions:

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
If you cancel within 24 hours after the booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. Have you emailed but not yet received a response? Don't worry, we take the moment you sent the email to us as the cancellation date.
If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the travel sum.
If you cancel from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the travel sum.
If you cancel from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the travel sum.
If you cancel on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum.
The travel price concerns the basic rental price plus all additional costs (excluding deposit).

Prices are based on 2 persons, including bed linen and final cleaning.
€5 per person per night will be charged until March 31, 2024. After March 31, 2024, this amount is €10 per person per night.
Prices do not include a deposit of €150, which will be refunded if left tidy.
The house must be left broom clean and the dishes must be clean and tidy.
