Imagine yourself in luxury with the whole family (or two families) in this stylish villa. The villa of 218m2 has a large garden with veranda, ample private parking, a luxury kitchen that is fully equipped, living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms with 10 beds (there is also a sofa bed if desired), a separate study and 1 luxury wellness bathroom with bath, television, shower and a sauna with chromotherapy. There are also 3 separate toilets. The villa is located in the middle of the Netherlands, at max. 55 minutes from Amsterdam.

The center of Voorthuizen is 300 meters away from the villa. You will find supermarkets, shops and various restaurants there. Various activities are organized in high season.

The villa has an information folder so that you can enjoy the villa without any worries. Here you will find manuals and various tips for restaurants in the area and delivery options.

For stays longer than three weeks, extra cleaning will be done free of charge. A longer stay is certainly possible and welcome.

My name is Erika Morren and I would like to welcome you to this beautiful villa in the center of Voorthuizen, in the middle of the Veluwe.

The villa was built in 2019. It is built very sustainably, has an A+++ label, but without loss of comfort.

Voorthuizen is a very cozy village, in the middle of the Veluwe. Activities are organized on a regular basis for young and old. Floralia (flower parade), flea markets, walking festival, mopping orchestras, Christmas market.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
