Looking for a special place where you can really be together? Then you've come to the right place at De Slaapfabriek. Our attractive accommodation is located in the middle of the green, close to Apeldoorn, Deventer and the Veluwe, and is always rented exclusively to one group. So no other guests on the property — all the peace, space and privacy all to yourself.

The Slaapfabriek is perfect for family and friends weekends, multi-day training sessions, retreats, business meetings or a cozy midweek away. The house can accommodate up to 24 people and has 12 comfortable bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. That makes the stay not only cozy, but also surprisingly comfortable for larger groups.

Inside you will find a large communal living space with open kitchen, long dining tables and cozy sitting areas where you can dine for hours, play games or just relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with several refrigerators, freezers, ovens, a large gas hob, catering dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. There is also fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, Sonos audio and a television.

Outside you can enjoy a large terrace with a long outdoor table, lounge areas and plenty of space to sit outside together. Children can play and around De Slaapfabriek you immediately experience the free feeling of the outdoors. You regularly see paratroopers or small planes taking off from Teuge Airport — something that many guests find extra special.

The area offers plenty of opportunities for an active or relaxing stay. Take a walk or bike ride across the Veluwe, visit Het Loo Palace, the Apenheul or Thermen Bussloo, or go shopping in Apeldoorn, Deventer or Zutphen. The location is also ideal for business groups thanks to the quiet environment and the inspiring atmosphere.
