Relaxing stay on the Veluwe in our Nature House you will find a quiet place to completely relax. The chalet, with an area of 60 m², has a large garden that offers privacy, sun and shade. It is comfortably furnished with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning provides cooling and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Thanks to the spacious patio cover, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. Nature is close by; the squirrels occasionally come to see if there is anything tasty and the birds sing in the garden, where they can also enjoy mulberries and wild strawberries. For a walk in the forest you only have to walk 3 minutes. If you bring bicycles, the shed offers plenty of space.

Nature and environment
The holiday park is located directly on the forest. At dusk you can spot wildlife, a unique experience. The area is ideal for hours of cycling or walking. The Veluwemeer, a short distance away, offers opportunities for swimming and relaxation. The sauna drome is around the corner. Discover the Bostoren (3.5 km) or venture into Klimbos Garderen (5.5 km) for an adventurous experience. Putten has a subtropical swimming pool (6 km) and the beach of the Veluwemeer (10 km) is also within reach. Also visit cities such as Apeldoorn, Harderwijk and Amersfoort, or explore the local markets, cycling and walking routes, and golf courses in the area. The house, located in Krachtighuizen, municipality of Putten, is a smoke-free location.

Prices and facilities - This includes a standard consumption of 100 kWh per week, and a gas consumption of 10 cubic meters per week, which is more than sufficient for normal use. If you exceed this consumption, it is €0.50 per kWH and €5 per cubic meter of gas. The house is equipped with a spacious living room, a nice kitchen (including tea and dishcloths) with dishwasher (and tablets), combination microwave and all necessary spices.

There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds measuring 80 by 200 cm, the beds are made. A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, and there is a patio cover. The facilities include air conditioning, WiFi (KPN TV), central heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, combination microwave, Senseo and/or coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, steam cooker, mosquito nets for all windows and sliding doors, awnings, a spacious garden of 450 m². with lounger and hammock.
An inflatable jacuzzi is available free of charge upon request.
The garden is fenced off with a fence of approximately 50/60 cm high

Since this year we have been renting out our house again. We are Luuk and Jolie. We love peace and nature. Our house is not furnished as a holiday home, but as our house. We are there a lot, but we also go somewhere else sometimes. That's why we decided to rent it out again.

Explanation of prices

The price includes made beds, tea towels and towels. . There is hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean bathroom rug. Kitchen cupboards contain spices. There are dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, aluminum foil, etc., etc. Basically the only thing you take with you are your clothes. The rest is there.
Please note that the energy consumption is up to 100 khw incl. per week, which is more than sufficient and 10 cubic meters of gas per week . Unfortunately, we decided to do this due to a very bad experience. For more use 0.50 per khw and € 5 per cubic meter. These are the amounts we pay ourselves. Hot tub is free on request. However, no rights can be derived from it in the event of defects. So if the jacuzzi/hot tub no longer works due to circumstances, you will not receive a discount on the rental of the holiday home.

Cancellation policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price;
in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks 40% and from 4 weeks until the start date of the rental period 75%
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price. I therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
