We would like to share the pleasure we have with this holiday home with other people. The cozy house is located in a small, quiet park. In the large garden (480m2) you can sunbathe, eat, relax, lie in the hammock or play ping pong. You can walk straight from the garden into the forest, onto the Veluwe. In the area you can enjoy walking, cycling or mountain biking through the forest and over the heath. It is also a nice place for children; by the trampoline, the ping-pong table, lots of space to play and the forest.
Inside is a living room with open kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms; one room with a double bed, the other room has a bunk bed and a double sofa bed.
All doors, frames and glasswork were replaced at the end of 2023, so the house is now well insulated. A dishwasher has also been installed and there is a new refrigerator.

We are Jaap, Annegreet, Lucas and Marthe Vos, a sporty family from Haarlem. We hope you enjoy the holiday home as much as we do. Playing volleyball on the artificial turf and fanatical games of table tennis. The trampoline is next to the house, so there is plenty of entertainment for everyone. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bed linen and kitchen linen are included in the price.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 60 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
